 We used to believe in heroes. Whenever a great evil came to us, we believed that there would be someone to protect us from it. An incorruptible symbol of hope, who was selfless, courageous, strong. These people were more than human. God, they were almost perfect. But it did not last. As time went by, heroes became a dying breed. There were less and less of these people every day. Some couldn't take it anymore. Some decided to live quieter lives. But with many of these heroes gone, the protection that the people relied on was gone.
